Drink Up
Drinking more water on a daily basis helps flush out toxins and give you a glowing complexion. Your daily serving of water should be half your weight in ounces, well at least according to webmd.
There isn't any scientific proof to say whether or not water gives you a clear glowing complexion, but I say just try it out. In my experience it helps me and the results show quickly. The worst that could happen is you drink a healthy amount of water every day without the added perk of flawless skin. It doesn't sound all that great but your body will thank you for it.
DIY It
With all the various scrubs, masks, and cleansers in stores it can be hard to tell which ones work and which ones will work for your unique skin type. But I have learned that rather than waste my money on a product that may work for me, it can sometimes be better to use natural and organic foods to make your own scrubs and masks. Heres my favorite diy for when my skin is acting up
Fake It
If all else fails and you need clear skin like Now, then just fake it for the time being. Different skin types require different types of foundation. Its all about what works best for your skin type.
OILY SKIN | Powder Foundation
DRY SKIN | Cream Foundation
SENSITIVE | Mineral Foundation
