I've been into yoga lately and the one thing I love about it is you can look like those "workout" models in magazines, dressed in amazing outfits that if an ordinary person were to throw on would look ridiculous after about 10 minutes on the treadmill. However, in yoga I have noticed that "feeling the burn" does not require as much sweat as say, running 3 miles on that horrible elliptical machine at the gym. Obviously you need workout clothes on, but like the outfit below, it helps you to not look so crazy when you want to hit up Tropical Smoothie after your workout.
PS. Those sneaker wedges have been on my 'need to have' list for ever!
